Open Pass is a ticket that, after the VIP ticket, gives you the greatest opportunities when it comes to using dance workshops. If you like dancing and want to learn many styles, this is the perfect solution for you. With this ticket you have access to the Reggaeton / Dancehall / Twerk / Basic / Masterclass / Fit / Street / Afro / Woman / Salsa / Bachata panels. If you are aged 7-14, Open Pass also gives you the opportunity to enter the Kids panel.

REGGAETON PASS
VALID ON APRIL 13-14, 2024 NUMBER OF HOURS OF AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS – 52 HOURS

Reggaeton Pass is a ticket intended for lovers of the reggaeton style. In addition to access to the Reggaeton panel, holders of this ticket have access to the Basic and Fit panels.

DANCEHALL PASS
VALID ON APRIL 13-14, 2024 NUMBER OF HOURS OF AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS – 52 HOURS

Dancehall Pass is a ticket for people who prefer the Dancehall style. Holders of this ticket also have the opportunity to use the Basic and Fit panels.

TWERK PASS
VALID ON APRIL 13-14, 2024 NUMBER OF HOURS OF AVAILABLE WORKSHOPS – 50 H

Twerk Pass: a ticket intended for lovers of the Twerk style. As in the case of the above tickets, in addition to admission to the Twerk panel itself, participants can also enter the Basic and Fit panels.

FRIDAY + FIT + BASIC PASS

FRIDAY + FIT + BASIC  PASS is a ticket that gives access to the Friday Street / Woman and Masterclass panels  as well as the weekend BASIC and Fit panels. If you like dancing, want to learn many styles from scratch and have fun on the fitness panel, this is the perfect solution for you.

Ticket for enthusiasts of dance lessons and fitness programs. Thanks to this ticket, you can use the Basic and Fit panels, giving you access to 40 hours of classes.

LATINO COUPLE PASS

This is a ticket for a couple, which gives access to the Salsa and Bachata panels. These workshops are conducted in pairs at the open level, but are intended for people who have already mastered the styles at a basic level.

What should I do if I haven’t received the ticket by e-mail yet?

If you do not have the ticket in your e-mail yet and the purchase was made via the website www.rvdk.eu, check which e-mail address was provided when purchasing the ticket. The most common reasons for not delivering the ticket are: a typo in the e-mail, the e-mail was sent to spam. Remember, the ticket will be sent to your e-mail within a few hours of placing the order. Also check if your transaction went through. (you will then receive payment confirmation. This is a different email than the one confirming the order.)

If you do not receive an e-mail with the ticket within a day of purchase, please contact us directly at the following e-mail address: biuro@rvdk.eu Provide the transaction number and date of purchase of the ticket, this will make it easier to find it in the system and send the ticket again to your mailbox.

What is a deposit and how does it work?

At our festival you can pay for tickets in installments. To maintain the price of the ticket you choose from a given price threshold, you pay the so-called deposit, i.e. the first installment, the last part of the payment for the selected tickets must be paid by March 16, 2024. When you buy the ticket of your choice, you will receive a code from us that will reduce the price of the ticket you have chosen by the value of the deposit and eliminate the difference in price thresholds. What are panels?

A panel is a group of classes with a specific topic included in the name of the panel, e.g. “Panel Reggaeton” – workshops related to the reggaeton style. More information about panels can be found in the panels tab.

Can I leave classes and return to them later?

Upon registration, you receive a wristband that cannot be removed for the duration of the event. Thanks to this wristband, you can access the panels of your choice at any time. You can freely leave the facility and return to it whenever you want.

Where can I find information about the artists who will be at the Congress?

Once all artists have been confirmed, the Artists tab will appear. Until then, in the panels tab you can see infographics presenting the artists appearing on individual panels. During the Reggaeton vs Dancehall Congress XI event on Facebook and on our Instagram account @rvdpl, we will also publish information about our artists.

Can I extend my ticket with other options?

You can only change your ticket to a higher one, i.e. one that offers more options than the current one you have. You then only pay the difference from the current price less the purchase value of the current ticket.

Can I buy a ticket for the workshops on site?

Yes, it is possible, but not all tickets will be available. Some tickets are limited. To make sure you enter a particular panel, check our NEWS tab, where information about available tickets will be available closer to the event date, or contact us by phone.

How long do the classes last and where can I find the workshop schedule?

Each class lasts 60 minutes, if the artist conducts two hours in a row, the breaks may change slightly. The schedule of classes is usually published when all foreign artists have confirmed flights. Until then, in the schedule tab you can see the timetable from the previous edition, which should not differ significantly from the new edition.

Will there be a food station?

We always have a food stand at the Congress and we plan to have one this year as well. Closer to the event date, you will receive an e-mail with information about the products that will be available for purchase at the catering point.

What does registration for the event look like?

To register, take your ticket with you in printed form or on your phone. In case of a problem with the ticket being bounced, an ID card will be helpful if the purchase was made on the website www.rvdk.eu. After successfully scanning the ticket, you will receive a wristband that will allow you to use the panels of your choice.

What should I take with me to the event?

Take a change of clothes and something to drink with you. There is a mandatory cloakroom on site for jackets and larger bags and suitcases. There are also changing rooms for changing clothes. Variable shoes with white soles are mandatory. Participants with shoes that may scratch the parquet floor will not be allowed to enter the facility.

I can’t be at the event for various reasons. What to do ?

When purchasing a ticket via the website www.rvdk.eu, you have the right to resign from participating in the event and return the ticket without giving a reason within 2 weeks of purchasing the ticket. After this time, the following possibilities exist:

Selling a ticket to another potential event participant. In this case, send information about the new ticket buyer to biuro@rvdk.eu, providing his name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number. In the event of changes, the new participant will receive information directly by e-mail or text message.

Purchasing an RvD card. The card guarantees that the money will not be lost and will be available for use on other RvD events or products. Details about the card: https://go4party.eu/produkt/karta-rvd/

I have a card, how can I report funds being transferred to the card?

When you purchase the card, you will receive an e-mail with information about the card and its number. All you need to do is provide the card number by contacting us by e-mail at biuro@rvdk.eu and inform us that you want the funds to be transferred to the card. When you are interested in an event or product of the Reggaeton vs Dancehall brand, you contact us to use the frozen funds to purchase a new ticket or product. When you do not have enough funds on the card, you only pay the difference.
